If you're noticing that your chromebook wants to download a file with a .swf extension when trying to access the Chemtours content, you must change some settings in your Chrome profile. You should only need to do this once.
Solution: This problem occurs when Adobe Flash is not enabled on your chromebook or browser. To fix this, do the following:
Alternately, you can click on the "Not Secure" or "Secured" text to the left of the web address and allow Flash on the site that way.

- Manually add the sites you want to allow to run flash
- Disable "Block Sites from running Flash" if it is enabled
- After these settings have been enabled, close your browser completely and re-open it.
